You will have been referred by a Sussex GP, who will have supplied your case details. Our administration team will first assess which location is the most convenient for you, our clinical team then assess your case and the framework of an appropriate care plan is formulated for you to be discussed at your first appointment.
Your Communitas Case Administrator will contact you and arrange a convenient time for you to come and see your clinician. You’ll receive a contact letter with details of your likely treatment plan and how you can amend and change your appointment should you need to.
